About the Role

A leading client of ours is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their growing support team. This role involves assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent client experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Provide product and service information to customers

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
